Flood Training

At Colonial Claims, education is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that maintaining well-trained staff and adjusters establishes a solid foundation for providing the best customer experience in the industry, which is why we conduct year-round training sessions in-house, around the country, and now virtually. Our training and certification courses keep adjusters current with updates on policy information, software programs, and improving adjusting skills and techniques.

Tired of Walking on Roofs? New to Flood Adjusting?

We are currently offering a 3-Day flood course which provides an in-depth review of the flood policy, flood forms, and guidelines as identified by NFIP and many major carriers. This course is designed for those who currently adjust P&C claims but have not yet ventured into the world of flood.

If you are new to adjusting in general, this course is a valuable addition to our Colonial Claims Mile High Adjuster Training which provides a solid foundation to a newly licensed adjuster with no previous experience.

Handling NFIP flood claims provides a fast-track access into becoming a 'large loss' adjuster and gaining valuable experience and the know-how to successfully close claims on your first catastrophe.
